📜 FordMC Server Rules & Punishments 📜

To keep FordMC fair and enjoyable for everyone, all players must follow these rules. Each rule has its own punishment system depending on severity and repetition.

⚖️ 1. Be Respectful

• No harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior
• No hate speech, racism, or offensive language

🚨 Punishment:
1st Offense – Warning
2nd Offense – 1 Hour Mute
3rd Offense – 1 Day Mute
Repeated – Temporary Ban

🚫 2. No Cheating / Blacklisted Mods

• No hacks, hacked clients, or unfair advantages
• No exploiting bugs or glitches

❗ Strict Mod Policy:

If any of the following mods/clients are found in your mods list, you will be punished even if not actively using them:

• Wurst or any hacked client
• Meteor Client or similar
• One Click Crystal (any variant)
• Auto Totem mods
• ChestESP / ESP mods (any type)
• Fast XP / Macro mods
• Inventory Move (InvMove) or similar
• Marlow Crystal Optimizer (or similar mods)

⚠️ Important Notes:
• Detection = Punishment (no excuses)
• Ranked players will also be punished with NO refund
• No permanent ban unless severe damage is caused to the server
• In some cases, your data/progress may be reset

🚨 Punishment:
Immediate – Ban (duration depends on severity)
Severe Cases – Permanent Ban

💬 3. Chat Rules

• No spamming or flooding chat
• No advertising other servers/services

🚨 Punishment:
1st Offense – Warning
2nd Offense – 30 Min Mute
3rd Offense – 6 Hour Mute
Repeated – 1 Day Ban

💰 4. Scamming & Trading

• Scamming is strictly prohibited

🚨 Punishment:
1st Offense – 3 Day Ban
2nd Offense – 7 Day Ban
Repeated – Permanent Ban

⚔️ 5. PvP & Gameplay Abuse

• No abusing bugs, combat logging, or unfair tactics

🚨 Punishment:
1st Offense – Warning + Kill Reset
2nd Offense – 1 Day Ban
3rd Offense – 3 Day Ban

🏗️ 6. Builds & World Rules

• No griefing or stealing
• No inappropriate builds

🚨 Punishment:
1st Offense – Rollback + Warning
2nd Offense – 2 Day Ban
3rd Offense – 5 Day Ban
Severe – Permanent Ban

👑 7. Respect Staff Decisions

• Do not argue or disrespect staff

🚨 Punishment:
1st Offense – Warning
2nd Offense – 12 Hour Mute
3rd Offense – 2 Day Ban

📢 8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for your account

🚨 Punishment:
No exceptions — actions on your account will be punished normally

⚠️ 9. General Rule Enforcement

• Attempting to bypass punishments or rules

🚨 Punishment:
Immediate – 7 Day Ban
Repeated – Permanent Ban

• Punishments may be increased based on severity
• Staff decisions are final
• Server integrity comes before player privileges
